Private women's medicine
You are still doing everything you are supposed to do. But the fatigue, the changes in your body, the fog you cannot think your way out of — none of it is explained by being told everything looks fine.

Why W.I.S.H. is different
You deserve to understand what has changed, what your body may be telling you, and what it will take to move forward.
This is care designed to help you feel more like yourself again — with a provider who listens, connects the pieces, and stays with you as your care evolves.
Your symptoms have been treated separately. They were never separate.
What is happening in one system is read against everything else, rather than treated as an unrelated problem.
Care measured by what changes over time, not by minutes in a visit or the number of them.
When imaging, an examination or a specialist is needed, I guide the next step and bring those findings back into your strategy.
Your care begins here
Every new patient begins here. You do not need to work out whether your symptoms are hormonal, metabolic, thyroid related or something else before you schedule. That is part of what we evaluate together.
A comprehensive one-on-one visit devoted to your health story — your symptoms, your history, your previous treatment, your goals, and the pieces that have been looked at in isolation until now.
The W.I.S.H. Assessment
You will choose your time and complete payment on the next screens.
There is no automatic requirement to enroll in a program.
Your path to care
For some women that is a focused next step. For women whose symptoms are more complex, longstanding, or involve several areas of health, I may recommend deeper ongoing care.
A six-month private care experience for women who are ready for a more thoughtful, comprehensive approach to their health.
Designed for women who need deeper investigation, individualized treatment, purposeful testing when appropriate, and ongoing clinical adjustment over time.

Meet Gisele
Women often come to me knowing something has changed, even when no one has been able to give them a clear explanation for why they no longer feel like themselves.
They may have been told their labs are normal, tried different treatments, or spent years addressing one symptom at a time without anyone stepping back to look at the whole picture. I want to understand the story behind all of it — what has changed, what you’ve already tried, what matters most to you, and how the different pieces of your health may be connected.
My role is not simply to give you another recommendation. It is to listen, help you understand what your body may be telling us, and bring the pieces together so we can make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.

Questions
Every new patient begins with the W.I.S.H. Assessment. You do not need to determine whether your symptoms are hormonal, metabolic, thyroid-related, sexual-health related, or connected to another area before scheduling. That is part of what we evaluate together.
After your Assessment, I’ll recommend the clinical strategy and level of support I believe are most appropriate for you.
For some women, that may be a focused next step. When symptoms are more complex, have been present for some time, or involve multiple areas of health, a longer period of care often allows us to make more meaningful progress.
In those situations, I may recommend Reclaim™ or Signature Concierge Care so we have the time and continuity to investigate, treat, monitor, and thoughtfully refine your care.
W.I.S.H. currently provides care in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IA, IL, ID, KS, MD, ME, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, NV, NJ, ND, NY, OK, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, WA and WY. If you do not see your state listed, contact us and we will let you know if anything has changed.
W.I.S.H. is a private, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. Courtesy superbills are available on request, and HSA and FSA funds may be used. Reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged a $75 fee. Your appointment time is held for you alone, and as much notice as you can give allows it to be offered to another patient.
