Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about our services, policies, or approach to care? Our FAQ page provides clear answers to help you understand what we offer, how we work, and what to expect.

What types of problems do you treat?

We provide care for a broad range of women’s health concerns, addressing issues related to perimenopause and menopause, sexual health, primary care for women, and functional medicine. Our practice specializes in helping individuals who are facing challenges such as a menopausal symptoms, sleep disturbances, weight gain, or diminished or absent sex drive—whether this is a recent change or a lifelong experience.

For some, the exact nature of the issue may be unclear, and in these instances, our providers work closely with patients to identify and address their concerns. We take a personalized approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

Do you accept insurance?

We choose not to accept insurance so that we can provide the highest quality of personalized care without being restricted by the guidelines, time constraints, or limitations often imposed by insurance companies. By operating independently, we can dedicate more time to truly understanding your unique health concerns and tailoring treatment plans that are best suited to your individual needs. This approach also allows us to focus entirely on your well-being, ensuring that our care remains flexible, comprehensive, and evidence-based without external influences dictating how we serve you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that require you to adjust your plans. However, we kindly request that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $75.

Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments not only prevent us from serving other patients who could have benefited from the time slot but also disrupt the extensive preparation we put into each visit. Providing ample notice allows us to accommodate your needs while ensuring our resources are used effectively and others have the opportunity to receive care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
